Thank you for your interest in joining the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR). Use this General Membership Form if your organization is a state regulatory agency with responsibility for the regulation of mortgage loan origination, brokering, lending or servicing activities in any US state, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

To join AARMR as a General Member, please complete all required fields in the following form and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button. See Membership Dues Payment information at the bottom of this page.

Each organization that applies for membership in the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators must designate one (1) primary contact to serve as the organization’s official AARMR representative.

You must also designate at least one (1) secondary contact for your organization. You have the option to designate an additional two (2) secondary contacts, for a maximum total of three (3) secondary contacts.

In addition, as a condition of your organization’s membership in AARMR, at least one (1) individual at your organization who is designated as either a primary or secondary contact, must agree to receive all AARMR communications.

Membership Dues Payment

Dues payment must be received before your membership application can be processed. New members may pay their first year’s membership dues amount either by check, or by credit card, debit card, or ACH.
